Refunds & cancellation.

You can cancel a Momo Plus subscription at any time through the Creem customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the already-paid period.

Need a refund?

Contact wencun2011#gmail.com (replace # with @) within 14 days of the charge. Include the purchase email and order number. We review requests fairly and process approved refunds through Creem. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Free trial

The guest pass is free. If a paid free trial is enabled at checkout, cancel before its end to avoid the first subscription renewal.
